George Frederick Arnold 1873 - 1950

They would go on to have nine children; Charlotte Matilda Arnold born 1900, Florence Arnold born 1902, Alice Arnold born 1906, Ellen Arnold born 1908, James Arnold born 1908, George Edward Arnold born 1910, Harry Arnold born 1913, Ronald Arnold born 1919 and Violet Arnold born 1922.

On 31st March 1901 the Census was held. George Frederick Arnold was living in Town Street, Brandon, Suffolk. He was living with his wife Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson) and their daughter Charlotte Arnold. George was working as a Farm Labourer.

On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. George Frederick Arnold was living in Town Street, Brandon, Suffolk. He was living with his wife Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson), their children Charlotte M. Arnold, James Arnold, Alice M. Arnold, Ellen M. Arnold and George E. Arnold and his mother-in-law Julia Adams. George was working as a General Labourer.

In 1950 George Frederick Arnold died.

Charles Henry Arnold 1869 - 1874

Charles Henry Arnold was born 1869 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. He was the third child of Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson).

On 2nd April 1871 the Census was held. Charles Henry Arnold was living in Upper Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk with his parents Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson) and his siblings Susan Arnold and Sarah Ann Arnold.

In 1874 Charles Henry Arnold died.

Sarah Ann Arnold 1867 - 1947

Sarah Ann Arnold was born 1867 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. She was the second child of Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson).

On 2nd April 1871 the Census was held. Sarah Ann Arnold was living in Upper Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her parents Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson) and her siblings Susan Arnold and Charles Arnold.

On 3rd April 1881 the Census was held. Sarah Ann Arnold was living South of Main Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her parents Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson) and her siblings George Arnold, Matilda Arnold, Emma Arnold and Harry Arnold. Sarah was working as a District Nurse.

In 1887 Sarah Ann Arnold married Frederick Brown. They would go on to have four children; Florence Emma Brown born 1890, Bassett Brown born 1892, Florence Brown born 1895 and Charlotte Brown born 1899.

On 5th April 1891 the Census was held. Sarah Ann Brown (nee Arnold) was living in the High Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her husband Frederick Brown, their daughter Florence Brown and a lodger called William H. Pymer.

On 31st March 1901 the Census was held. Sarah Ann Brown (nee Arnold) was living in Wilton Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her husband Frederick Brown and their children Bassett Brown, Florence Brown and Charlotte Brown. As an additional note, living to them next door where her parents Henry Arnold, Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson) and her brother Charles Arnold.

In 1947 Sara Ann Brown died in Bath, Somerset.

Susan Rebecca Arnold 1865 - 1948

Susan Rebecca Arnold was born 1865 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, England. She was the eldest child of Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson).

On 2nd April 1871 the Census was held. Susan Rebecca Arnold was living in Upper Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk with her parents Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson) and her siblings Sarah A. Arnold and Charles Arnold.

On 3rd April 1881 the Census was held. Susan Rebecca Arnold was living at Pokenhoe House, Walsoken, Norfolk working as a House Maid for Robert Henry Wiles a Farmer of 520 acres, employing 14 men and 4 boys, his wife Sarah Wiles, his children Sarah Wiles, Edith Lucy Wiles and Robert Wiles and living with Bessie Johnson a Governess and Harriet A. Poole a Cook and Dairy Maid.

In 1886 Susan Rebecca Arnold married Henry Whitmore in Docking, Norfolk. They would go on to have at least eight children; Henry Whitmore born 1887, Milbah Whitmore born 1889, Elizabeth Whitmore born 1890, George Whitmore born 1892, Agnes Whitmore born 1893, Susannah Whitmore born 1894, John Whitmore born 1898 and Madeline Whitmore born 1900.

On 5th April 1891 the Census was held. Susan Rebecca Whitmore (nee Arnold) was living in Rolfes Cottages, Dersingham, Norfolk. She was living with her husband Henry Whitmore, their children Milbah Whitmore and Elizabeth Whitmore and a boarder by the name of Maurice Smith.

In 1948 Susan Rebecca Whitmore (nee Arnold) died in Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

Henry Arnold c.1843 - 1927

Henry Arnold was born c.1843 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. He was the only child of Susan Arnold.

On 15th Janurary 1843 Henry Arnold was baptised at St James' Church, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk.

On 30th March 1851 the Census was held. Henry Arnold was living in Wilton Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with his Grandparents Thomas Arnold and Sarah Arnold (nee Cooper) and his mother Susan Arnold.

On 7th April 1861 the Census was held. Henry Arnold was living in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk with his mother Susan Arnold. He was working as an Apprentice Blacksmith.

In 1864 Henry Arnold married Hephzibah Johnson. They would go on to have eight children; Susan Arnold born 1865, Sarah Arnold born 1867, Charles Arnold born 1869, George Arnold born 1873, Matilda Arnold born 1875, Emma E. Arnold born 1878, Harry Arnold born 1880 and Charles Arnold born 1887.

Susan Arnold c.1819 - 1893

Susan Arnold was born c.1819 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. She was the ninth and final child of Thomas Arnold and Sarah Arnold (nee Cooper).

On 6th June 1841 the Census was held. Susan Arnold was living in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her parents Thomas Arnold and Sarah Arnold (nee Cooper) and her sister Rebecca Arnold.

On 30th March 1851 the Census was held. Susan Arnold was living in Wilton Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her parents Thomas Arnold and Sarah Arnold (nee Cooper) and her son Henry Arnold born 1843. Susan was working as a Dress Maker.

On 7th April 1861 the Census was held. Susan Arnold was living in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her son Henry Arnold. Susan was working as a Needle Woman.

In 1864 Susan Arnold married William Folcard in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk.

On 2nd April 1871 the Census was held. Susan Folcard (nee Arnold) was living in Main Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her husband William Folcard. It mentions on the census that Susan was Blind.

On 3rd April 1881 the Census was held. Susan Folcard (nee Arnold) was living south of Main Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. Susan was living with Maria Johnson, her sons Thomas Johnson a Railway Labourer, James Johnson an Agricultral Labourer, daughter Sarah Taylor (nee Johnson) and her Grandchildren William S. Johnson and Arthur Jason Taylor. Susan was a Boarder.

On 5th April 1891 the Census was held. Susan Folcard (nee Arnold) was living in High Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her son Henry Arnold, her daughter-in-law Hephzibah Arnold and her Grandchildren George Arnold, Matilda Arnold, Harry Arnold and Charles Arnold.

In 1893 Susan Folcard died at Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk.

James Arnold 1818 - 1878

James Arnold was born 1818 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. He was the eighth child of Thomas Arnold and Sarah Arnold (nee Cooper).

On 26th July 1818 James Arnold was baptised at St Peter Church, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk.

On 6th June 1841 the Census was held. James Arnold was living in Thetford Road, Brandon, Suffolk, working as a Shoemaker.

On 12th Feburary 1843 James Arnold married Mary Edwards at St Peter Church, Brandon, Suffolk. They would go on to have six children; James Arnold born 1843, William Arnold born 1845, Thomas Arnold born 1848, Susan Arnold born 1850, Henry Arnold born 1851 and Sarah Arnold born 1859.

On 30th March 1851 the Census was held. James Arnold was living in Lode Lane, Brandon, Suffolk with his wife Mary Arnold (nee Edwards) and their children, James Arnold, William Arnold, Thomas Arnold and Susan Arnold. He was working as a Shoemaker.
