Thomas Arnold 1771 - 1854

Thomas Arnold was born 1771 in Great Moulton, Norfolk. He was the son of Roger Arnold and Mary Arnold.

On 24th June 1771 Thomas Arnold was baptised at St Michael Church, Great Moulton, Norfolk.

On 17th April 1802 Thomas Arnold married Sarah Cooper at St Peter Church, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. They would go on to have nine children; Ann Arnold born 1803, William Arnold born 1804, Mary Arnold born 1806, Anne Arnold born 1808, Rebecca Arnold born 1809, James Arnold born 1811, Susan Arnold born 1814, James Arnold born 1818 and Susan Arnold born 1819.

On 30th March 1851 the Census was held. Thomas Arnold was living in Wilton Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk with his wife Sarah Arnold, his daughter Susan Arnold and his Grandson Henry Arnold. He had worked as a Carpenter, but was now a Pauper (retired).

In 1854 Thomas Arnold died in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk.

On 20th Janurary 1854 Thomas Arnold was buried in the church yard of St. James Church, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk.

Charles Edward Arnold 12th November 1885 - 1973

Charles Edward Arnold was born 12th November 1885 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. He was the youngest child of Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson).

On 5th April 1891 the Census was held. Charles Edward Arnold was living in the High Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk with his parents Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson), his siblings George Arnold, Matilda Arnold and Harry Arnold and his grandmother Susan Folcard (nee Arnold).

On 31st March 1901 the Census was held. Charles Edward Arnold was living in Wilton Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk with his parents Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson). He was working as an Ordinary Agricultural Labourer.

Charles Edward Arnold was living in Buckingham Palace, London, working as a Waiter to His Majesty King George V, his wife Her Majesty Queen Mary, their children Edward Prince of Wales, Prince Albert of Great Britain & Ireland and Prince John of Great Britain and Ireland and the rest of the Royal Household.

In 1973 Charles Edward Arnold died in Chanctonbury, Sussex.

Hilda Florence Arnold 15th Feburary 1908 - 2005

Hilda Florence Arnold was born 15th Feburary 1908 in Billingshurst, Sussex. She was the only child of Harry Alfred Arnold and Ada Arnold (nee Dickerson).

On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. Hilda Florence Arnold was living at Palmer Cottage, Billingshurst, Sussex with her parents Harry Alfred Anold and Ada Arnold (nee Dickerson).

In 1933 Hilda Florence Arnold married Frederick J. Bishop in Thakeham, Sussex.

In 2005 Hilda Florence Bishop (nee Arnold) died in Worthing, West Sussex.

Harry Alfred Arnold 21st August 1880 - 1976

In 1907 Harry Alfred Arnold married Ada Dickerson is Sussex. They had one child Hilda Florence Arnold born 1908.

On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. Harry Alfred Arnold was living in Palmer Cottage, Billingshurst, Sussex with his wife Ada Arnold (nee Dickerson) and their daughter Hilda Florence Arnold.

In 1976 Harry Alfred Arnold died in Chichester, West Sussex.

Emma Eliza Arnold 4th October 1878 - 1969

Emma Eliza Arnold was born 4th October 1878 in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. She was the sixth child of Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson).

On 3rd April 1881 the Census was held. Emma Eliza Arnold was living in South of Main Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk, with her parents Henry Arnold and Hephzibah Arnold (nee Johnson) and her siblings Sarah Ann Arnold, George Arnold, Matilda Arnold and Harry Arnold.

On 5th April 1891 the Census was held. Emma Eliza Arnold was living in the High Street, Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. She was working as a General Domestic Servant for Arthur Cock a Grocer and Carpenter, his wife Maria Cock a Dress Maker and their children, Reginald A. Cock and Jeannette M. Cock.

On 31st March 1901 the Census was held. Emma Eliza Arnold was living at "Auysgarth" Terrapin Road, Streatham, London, working as a Domestic Parlor Maid for Mabel A. Smith, her daughter Eileen F. Smith and fellow servants, Augusta A. Wehner and Blanche Leach.

In 1903 Emma Eliza Arnold married Harry George Leech in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk. They would go on to have at least two children; Henry Leech born 1906 and Lorna Leech born 1908.

On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. Emma Eliza Leech (nee Arnold) was living at Yokins Cottage, Loxwood, Sussex, England, with her husband Harry George Leech and their children Henry Leech and Lorna Leech.

In 1969 Emma Eliza Leech (nee Arnold) died in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

Matilda Arnold 1875 - 1955

They would go on to have eight children; Charles Henry Adams born 1897, Alfred Edgar Adams born 1898, Frederick Ernest Adams born 1899 and Harry Adams born 1901, Florence Matilda Adams born 1903, George Adams born 1904, Jane Adams born 1905 and Hepzibah Adams born 1908.

On 31st March 1901 the Census was held. Matilda Adams (nee Arnold) was living in Copt Hill, Blidworth, Nottinghamshire with her husband Alfred Adams and their children Charles Henry Adams, Alfred Edgar Adams, Frederick Ernest Adams and Harry Adams.

On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. Matilda Adams (nee Arnold) was living in Hockwold cum Wilton, Norfolk with her children Charles Henry Adams, Alfred Edgar Adams, Frederick Ernest Adams, Harry Adams, Florence Matilda Adams, George Adams, Jane Adams and Hepzibah Adams. Matilda was working as a Char Woman.

In 1955 Matilda Adams (nee Arnold) died in Downham, Norfolk.

Ronald Charles Arnold 8th October 1919 - 1978

Ronald Charles Arnold was born on 8th October 1919 in Brandon, Suffolk. He was the eighth child of George Frederick Arnold and Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson).

In 1948 Ronald Charles Arnold married Sylvia J. Harrington.

In 1978 Ronald Charles Arnold died.
