Harry Alfred Arnold was born on 27th September 1913 in Brandon, Suffolk. He was the seventh child of George Frederick Arnold and Priscilla Arnold (Thompson).
In 1937 Harry Alfred Arnold married Ethel Harrington in Brandon, Suffolk. They would go on to have four children, Barry Arnold born 1937, Colin C. Arnold born 1949, Peter Arnold born 1952 and Robert G. Arnold born 1956.
In 2003 Harry Alfred Arnold died in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
