Charlotte Matilda Arnold was born 1900 in Brandon, Suffolk. She was the eldest child of George Frederick Arnold and Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson).
On 31st March 1901 the Census was held. Charlotte Matilda Arnold was living in Town Street, Brandon, Suffolk with her parents George Frederick Arnold and Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson).
On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. Charlotte Matilda Arnold was living in Town Street, Brandon, Suffolk with her parents George Frederick Arnold and Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson), her siblings James Arnold, Alice M. Arnold, Ellen M. Arnold and George E. Arnold and her grandmother Julia Adams.
In 1922 Charlotte Matilda Arnold married Sydney G. Carter. They would go on to have one child Olive J. Carter born 1922.
In 1933 Charlotte Matild Carter (nee Arnold) died.
