James Henry Arnold was born on 14th March 1904 in Rushford, Norfolk. He was the third child of George Frederick Arnold and Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson).
On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. James Henry Arnold was living in Town Street, Brandon, Suffolk, with his parents George Frederick Arnold and Priscilla Arnold (nee Thompson), his siblings Charlotte M. Arnold, Alice M. Arnold, Ellen M. Arnold and George E. Arnold and his grandmother Julia Adams.
In 1938 James Henry Arnold married Mildred Thompson in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire. They would go on to have one child. Jill Arnold born 1941.
In 1995 James Henry Arnold died in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
