On 2nd April 1871 the Census was held. Elizabeth Arnold was living at 2 Gloucester Street, Marylebone, London, working as a Domestic Servant for Henry Stepney, who earnt and income from Landed Estates, Stokes and Shares, his daughter Thomasine Stepney, his sister Satitia Nesbett and his Nephew George Stepney, along with two other servant's Elizabeth Nolan and Ealia Lulten.
