Flora Arnold was born c.1873 in Downham Market, Norfolk. She was the eldest child of George Arnold and Charlotte Arnold (nee Cox).
On 3rd April 1881 the Census was held. Flora Arnold was living in Lynn Road, Downham Market, Norfolk. She was living with her parents George Arnold and Charlotte Arnold (nee Cox) and her siblings, Mary Ann Arnold, George Walter Arnold and James Arnold.
In 1890 Flora Arnold died.
