Florence Annie Arnold was born 1904 in Fulham, London. She was the second child of William Thomas Arnold and Annie Arnold (nee Oldham).
On 2nd April 1911 the Census was held. Florence Annie Arnold was living at 64 Walham Avenue, Fulham, London with her parents William Thomas Arnold and Annie Arnold (nee Oldham) and her siblings Ethel Blanche Arnold, William Arnold, Rose Arnold and James Arnold.
In 1924 Florence Annie Arnold married Charles G. Hogarth in Hammersmith, London. They would go onto have one child Peggy A. V. Hogarth.
In 1929 Florence Annie Hogarth (nee Arnold) died in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
