William Arnold was born 1874 in Geroge Street, Brandon, Suffolk. He was the second child of Henry Arnold and Fanny Arnold (nee Carter).
On 3rd April 1881 the Census was held. William Arnold was living in George Street, Brandon, Suffolk with his Great Uncle Elijah Carter, his Grand Mother Eliza Carter and his Uncle James Carter.
On 5th April 1891 the Census was held. William Arnold was living in London Road, Brandon, Suffolk with his mother Fanny Arnold and his siblings Walter Arnold, Ada Arnold, Elizabeth Arnold and Thomas Arnold. William was working as a Bricklayers Labourer.
In 1901 William Arnold died in West Ham, Essex.
